SHAREEF FAIR 

A CEO, father, and son--born in New York, but family from Florida. He loves art and sports, charitable acts of kindness, and dogs. Humility is a core characteristic for him; he strives for perfection so that he can maintain gaining knowledge. Although introverted at heart, he's caring and wants to help people in any way possible. At 31 years old, he's never met his father, but that doesn't stop him from being an amazing role model to his family.
Everytime people ask , "Where'd you come up with 'Humble County'? "
I can't help but laugh a little, look down, rub my chin, look up with a smile and say - "I've always repped where I'm from"
I've never had it easy, never had true friends growing up, only sports based acquaintances, people I went to school with, or we worked together somewhere, most relationships were lust filled and never loved for ME, always hunting greatness just to show up and be better, never asking for an apology or applause - Only Respect.
it's a humbling experience when you live in Cicero, lovely neighborhood and as the only black family around yall lights get cut off and ya stepdad on a bender again and you can't ask for the money to the school dance because if we don't have lights how we gon have extra for me to have fun?
it's humbling seeing ya mother with a black eye from abuse but you're only 12 and you can't defend her like she deserves to be
it's humbling thinking you'll have a forever with the family you created but never knowing 8yrs later you're a coparent
oh the list is long about my humbling experiences. I let God shape me. not society. all my adversity was God given, the same little boy that went through hell at a young age and being broken on the come up has always managed to maintain poise and an open mind to live intentionally enough to always spread love back, insight, truth, dedication, a effort and bond I never got without it being a transaction of some sort.
Rarely are the strong ones checked on so it's humbling just to be alive, so that's where I reside - Humble County
